bluff vs bluff?

BN: $148.60
SB: $410.80
BB: $100
UTG: $291.40
HJ: $131.60 (Hero)
CO: $97.60
CO is really tight player, BN is somewhat active but I'm not sure.
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T 9 7 Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $3.50, CO calls $3.50, BN calls $3.50, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($12.00) T 3 8 (3 Players)
Hero bets $7, CO folds, BN calls $7
I definitely should've bet bigger, but I usually cbet smallish on many flops. In this case, against 2 people it probably doesn't matter anyway. Button calls my cbet, so I put him on mostly bare flush draw or some wrap without flush draw.
Turn ($26.00) 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $15, BN raises to $30, Hero raises to $45, BN calls $15
turn is really interesting spot, its like a bubble in the tournament
Neither of us have many 3s or boats in our range, by doing this he's even more likely to have a draw (just my opinion).

what would u do?

River ($131.00) 6 (2 Players)
Hero bets $76.10, and is all in, BN folds
I shoved the river because

1st, I really can't fold in this spot, I'm gonna lose to 83xx or 63xx anyway and he won't bluff shove his airs if I check

2nd, I might get a call from trips or make him fold the same straight

what do u think is this too thin and optimistic?

Final Pot
Hero wins $110.68
overall
how would u play this hand?
does my play ev+?
