Cold 4-bet button half-stack?

HJ: $1000
CO: $1320.74
BN: $405
SB: $2867.28
BB: $1237.50 (Hero)
UTG: $985
Preflop ($15.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T Q A Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $35, BN raises to $120, SB folds, Hero calls $110, CO calls $85
Flop ($365.00) A 9 3 (3 Players)
Hero bets $182.50, CO folds, BN raises to $285, and is all in, Hero calls $102.50
Turn ($935.00) A 9 3 7 (2 Players)
River ($935.00) A 9 3 7 2 (2 Players)
Final Pot
BN has K A J 6 Hero has T Q A Q BN wins $932

I didn't 4-bet at the time because I was unsure of how CO was going to respond. Should I just always be 4-bet jamming this preflop with these stack sizes?
