UTG folds, HJ raises to $1.75, CO folds, BN raises to $6, SB folds, Hero raises to $20

MP is very bad LAG recreational, opens a ton, doesn't really fold anything to 3bets. Don't have a stat or the sample to say whether he folds to cold4bets as initial opener or not, but given how the hand played out and I saw his 4 cards at SD, we can assume that he doesn't.
BU is loosish reg, overall 3bet 14%, 3bet BU vs MP 16% but here possibly looser because this guy is just so bad and he will want to isolate him a ton.
How bad can this 4bet be in this situation? What do we do against tighter 3betters? Do we ever fold this hand in this spot unless BU had 1% 3bet over a big sample and the opener is tight as well?
