HU PLO 300bb deep, Simple? River Decision

Villain is playing 98/59, 24% 3bet. Vpiping 95% from BB, and 100% from SB. He plays more of a "equity realizing" strategy, and definitely makes some slightly -EV flop and turn peels vs oop with some pretty marginal holdings(though he makes up for this by a) having a well protected river range and b) gaining from my air that barrel, so his "implied odds??" on the river probably outweigh the slightly -ev turn calls he's making).

In 3bet pots, he has a pretty healthy checking range, usually ch/f or ch/ca, again, focusing on that equity realization/bluff catching strategy. He tends to bet his air in 3bet pots on textures that hit his range harder than mine(422/AJ6r).

I have been pretty barrel happy in these spots so far in the match, both in single and 3bet pots after he's given up the initiative. He has bluff caught me on the river pretty wide in a few instances, some right some wrong. I couldn't find any GTO stuff he was doing with his hands when deciding to call, ie " board is K84Q7 river is 3rd flush card, he ch/calls with his Q8** 1 flush card blocker." He pretty much does it whenever he feels like I'm bluffing, or more likely to be bluffing.

Effective stacks 140.00

Hero raises btn KsTc9c8h to 1.50, Villain 3bets to 4.50, Hero calls

Flop 9h3d2c(9.00)

Villain checks, Hero bets 6.00 Villain calls

Turn 8d(21.00)

Villain checks, Hero 16.00 Villain calls

River Qc(53.00)

Villain checks, Hero(112.00 eff) ?

Thoughts on all streets and this river decision appreciated.
