PLO 25 River thin vbet, gets c/r min

UTG: $37.47
HJ: $22.88
CO: $9.36
BN: $27.28 (Hero)
SB: $26.61
BB: $18.30
UTG is 79/4 WTSD 15 over 30 hands
BB is 37/19/8 6.0AF 26 WTSD
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 5 A 7 7
UTG calls $0.25, HJ folds, CO calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, SB calls $0.15, BB checks
Flop ($1.25) 2 4 9 (5 Players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.65, UTG calls $0.65, CO folds, Hero calls $0.65, SB folds
I thought I was getting a good price, and with SPR so large, I don't exactly just want to get it in here.
Turn ($3.20) 2 4 9 J (3 Players)
BB checks, UTG bets $0.50, Hero raises to $2.25, BB folds, UTG calls $1.75
Was going for a value amount that I thought BB would peel with sets, and UTG may call with weaker flushes.
River ($7.70) 2 4 9 J 2 (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $3.50, UTG raises to $7, Hero folds
This hand made me think of the spot where, we're in a discussion about the other river thread. It was the set hand where broadway came in on the river. I normally check back here, quite often, but was convinced I'm missing some value. Is the bet still good? Or is this a much different spot because there is only 1 draw out that beats nut flush, compared to the other hand where there's the straight+flush draw, or am I overthinking this.
Final Pot
UTG wins $14.04
