PLO HU 50, a few common spots

Hi guys,

For some reason I couldn't post my HH, so I will just copy and paste the text version of it.

1) PLO HU (0.25/0.5 euro)

Hero (SB): €99.25

BB: €50.00 (VPIP: 70.83, PFR: 37.50, 3Bet Preflop: 16.67, Hands: 24)

Hero posts SB €0.25, BB posts BB €0.50

Pre Flop: (pot: €0.75) Hero has Jc Jh As 6c

Hero raises to €1.25, BB raises to €3.75, Hero calls €2.50

Flop : (€7.50, 2 players) 5h 5s 2s

BB bets €7.50, Hero ??

This is the spot I kind of struggle with.  I have a weak overpair and pretty much nothing else but the NF blocker, which I don't think is very powerful at this stack depth.  We are still early in the match and this is his second 3bet, I folded preflop to his first one.

What is our plan -- is folding here too nitty?  He probably doesn't have a whole lot of worse overpairs than mine, and we don't improve on most turns.

2) Against the same villain, a couple hands later:

Hero (SB): €62.17

BB: €57.23 (VPIP: 72.22, PFR: 38.89, 3Bet Preflop: 22.22, Hands: 18)

Hero posts SB €0.25, BB posts BB €0.50

Pre Flop: (pot: €0.75) Hero has 9c Kd 3s 5c

Hero raises to €1.25, BB calls €0.75

Flop : (€2.50, 2 players) 3h 4s 5d

BB checks, Hero bets €1.75, BB calls €1.75

Turn : (€6.00, 2 players) Jc

BB checks, Hero bets €4.00, BB calls €4.00

River : (€14.00, 2 players) Js

BB checks, Hero bets €9.00

Standard barrel, or too spewy?  Flop is kinda standard I guess, and on turn I figured betting is just better than checking back and possibly having to face a tough decision (it's hard for him not to have 25-35% equity vs my hand).  On the river oh well, I thought if he had a straight he woulda raised somewhere, especially on the turn, and now I can be value betting my boats here.  I also have blockers for his flopped sets (which he woulda raised somewhere anyway too).  At the same time, I would kick myself if I check this down and lose to his 8865 type of hands.

Thoughts on all streets appreciated!

3) Again, vs. the same guy:

Hero (SB): €50.00

BB: €75.83 (VPIP: 72.73, PFR: 40.91, 3Bet Preflop: 18.18, Hands: 22)

Hero posts SB €0.25, BB posts BB €0.50

Pre Flop: (pot: €0.75) Hero has Ah Js Kd 7h

Hero raises to €1.25, BB calls €0.75

Flop : (€2.50, 2 players) 8h Kh Tc

BB checks, Hero bets €2.00, BB raises to €8.50, Hero ??

I flopped very well and am not looking for folding (obv).  My question is, is this super standard 3b/gii, or is there some merits for flatting?  Since he didn't 3b pre we can rule out some KK combos (and we have a blocker too), but TTxx and 88xx will be playing this way, as well as wraps and KTxx/K8.  At the same time we are towards the top of range too, so just shove now?  Or flatting is fine too?
