Super LAG shorty creates interesting dynamic with reg in 3bet pot

BB: $120.00
BTN: $423.44
Hero (SB): $757.66

So BB sat down 6 hands ago and has nearly 3bet every hand. But to his credit he's shown up with AKTxds, KQxxds, JT87ds and the like.  He won a flip, and then got stacked when he jammed an airball into my TP+gs on an Axxss flop.  Then lost another hand when I flatted an AAxxss hand in the SB and he sqz'd another 30bb stack and I backraised over the top.  So it's clear he's trying to gamble up a stack by any means necessary, but it's also clear that he may at least understand what constitutes a decent hand in PLO.  I mean he's yet to play any totally raggedy junk, everything has been at least DS, and often connected.

BN is a laggy reg that has gotten the best of me in a few spots tonight, mostly picking off a river bluff when I potted a pairing card with an over pair after I had checked back a two pair+FD hand on a straightening turn and then turned my hand into a bluff on the river.  I know he's looking for an opportunity to get in the mix with the BB as I've been hogging the action so far.

BN is playing 37/16/8 over 143 hands of 3-4 handed action.  BB is playing 100/67/80 over 6 hands but again has shown down nothing but reasonably strong holdings every time he's put pressure pre.

Pre Flop: ($6.00) Hero is SB with Ks Kc 6c Ad
BTN raises to $8, Hero calls $6, BB raises to $16, BTN calls $8, Hero raises to $64, BB calls $48, BTN calls $48

so I call the initial raise because I don't love my hand as a 3bet but would love to see BB 3bet and allow me to 4bet backraise.  But instead of potting he makes a min 3bet.  I'm pretty much assuming this is another strong DS connected hand, and he's trying to jam up the pot so that he can shove the flop if he catches a piece.  I know I'm still far ahead of BTNs range so I go ahead and back raise hoping the LAG will shove and I can get in a 6 bet pre to knock out the BTN.

Flop: ($192.00) 4h 3d Ts (3 players)
Hero bets $60, BB calls $56 all in, BTN calls $60

on the flop I decide to bet an amount that shows I want to reopen the betting, but doesn't commit me to the hand in case BN decided to shove in a protected pot.  to my surprise BN calls which seems like a weak made hand.

Turn: ($368.00) 9c (3 players - 1 is all in)
Hero???

now I'm stuck on the turn in a protected pot with a one pair hand.  I think I'm ahead of BNs range for getting to this spot, but I'm not sure if I can bet for value.  Should I shove the last $300 into whats essentially a dry side pot?  if I check what is my plan for various bet sizings from the BN?
