top two on turn in mway pot checked on flop

so I'm traveling and can't get the HH.

mp limped, CO raised, SB (reg that is a little laggy pre and little nitty post) calls, and I call in the BB with AKT2ss to the A.
100 bb effective stacks with everybody.

pot is 16bb.
Flop: KT5r check check check check
Turn: 7x (still rainbow) check, I bet pot, fold, CO (original raiser) calls, SB pots for what is most of his stack.

Is this a fold? I assumed he would lead flopped sets or two pair on this turn, and of course any big wrap plus pair is in pretty great shape against anything that isn't a set (but is unlikely to get paid off on river unless someone makes a worse straight).

on one hand I feel like it's a great spot to bluff a big wrap and I would have thought that a set would not want to let the turn potentially check around on a card that is likely to give lots of people draws but unlikely to give anyone a strong made hand. On the other hand, do people really x/jam the turn as a bluff when it goes pot call on a turn in a spot when they have so little invested? I certainly have all of the sets in my range for this spot, and i think big wraps make for better hands to call it off with than top two. So maybe I don't even need to call based on the location in my range.
