turning nut straight oop 3way without initiative

Blinds: $0.15/$0.30 (4 Players) BN: $24.76
SB: $30.00 (Hero)
BB: $23.84
CO: $65.65
Preflop ($0.45) Hero is SB with K K 9 T
CO calls $0.30, BN raises to $1.35, Hero calls $1.20, BB folds, CO calls $1.05
Flop ($4.35) 7 8 3
Hero checks, CO checks, BN bets $2.10, Hero calls $2.10, CO calls $2.10
Turn ($10.65) 7 8 3 6
Hero bets $9.96, CO folds, BN folds
Final Pot SB wins $9.96
Rake is $0.69

CO is 73/3 and BU 70/40. BU cb a lot flop but seems to shut off turn quite much.
I decide to flat preflop since my sample for BU was really small when I played the hand. Now I may consider 3betting if he keeps on playing so loose. Would you agree ?

I chose to c/c here since c/ring would be def overplayed.
The problem ott is that I don't expect BU to barrel like ever, which would give two guys a free card and there's plenty bad rivers for my hand.
On the other hand, I could donk flop, but I'm not sure I can continue when raised.

How would you play this hand ?
