I'm having difficulty constructing a range for reg villain on Monotone board
Live tournament.
Villain raises CO to 2.6 BBs, Hero 3bets to 8BBs on Btn, SB, BB folds, Villain calls.
Villain is a solid reg.
Pot is 18.5 BBs, effective stack is 50 BBs.
Flop comes 2h3h7h.
Hero bets 5BBs, villain check/raises to 14BBs.
My main questions are: How often should hero be Cbetting in this spot? And what range does villain have here when he c/raises?

On the 8s2h6c flop, you mentioned having AA and KK as checkraise candidates. Are these your only value checkraises? Also, which bluffs do we use to achieve balance in this spot?
