Just wondering if there is a general rule about how many hands are required before you can say fairly confidently that your winrate is xbb/100?

I currently have a winrate of just over 7bb/100 across 50k hands playing zoom which i am really happy with, but would like to know what the chances of this being due to variance are, because i am considering moving up stakes.
