I have had an incredible bad run as of late and I am very unhappy with pokerstars reward system. Decided to move my BR, was 5,3k. Now reduced to 4.5 and I am 21 Bi below ev. So even though I have deposited and withdrawn several times, they ask for verification again. I provide it and ask for conformation, and they ignore me. Today and yesterday I attempt to cash out again and still declined.
Anyone experienced this? Am I to worry?
