25k fpp PCA bash 10 paid 20 left resteal spot

CO: pistons87: 8209
BN: KKremate: 2696
SB: rukidinme82: 10502
BB: UncleAnte9: 4948
UTG: Marcelosrf: 9083
LJ: mattidm: 12191
HJ: Chocoyote: 9978
CO had been stealing a lot when folded to him over the 65 hands that I had on him (80% RFI, 75% from CO/BUT). I think his button range is going to be a bit wider since I have not 3b him yet and the player between us has been playing 9/8/3 (vpip/pfr).

I have been playing 15/12/8 but probably a little more loose since this is my stats from the start of the tournament.

I have a bit better than average (think I was 6 or 7 of 22 left at the time, but right around the average stack).
Preflop (450) (7 Players)
rukidinme82 was dealt A 5
Marcelosrf folds, mattidm folds, Chocoyote folds, pistons87 raises to 600, KKremate folds, rukidinme82 raises to 1800, UncleAnte9 folds, pistons87 calls 1200
So I think that this is a must 3b against a villain like this but have not been playing many tournaments and have a few questions.

22 left and 10 get paid with 27bbs effective what size should we be using here? Since this is a satellite I don't expect to get flatted a lot so I thought that my sizing was fine, but was shocked to get flatted and I was not sure if 3.5-4x would have been better in order to set up about a PSB on the flop and increase my fold equity PF?
Flop (4050) 4 Q K (2 Players)
rukidinme82 bets 1800, pistons87 calls 1800
Once flatted what range are we putting him on? I started to discount TT+, AQ+, since I figure those are 4bs, was really lost on what to put him on, but figure it was a really weak range (small PPs, suited connectors, maybe some KQ, KJ)

with 6400 effective, I figured that a small bet would accomplish the same as a larger bet. Also going to be betting a lot of my range here and I should connect with the flop more often than villain.
Turn (7650) 4 Q K 7 (2 Players)
Once flatted I think that I can remove all of the Kx hands that are in the PF calling range (other than maybe KQ). SO I figure that he has some Qx hands and some draws. Assume that my Ace is good, I am going to have around 25% equity and with the with the stacks left (4569) I need about 27% equity assuming no FE.

So was loss on ranging opponent once he flatted my 3b at these stack sizes, also do you like the line overall, not sure if I should have 3b bigger to avoid being flatted (villain had folded 4/5 to 3bs in the past)

Is the turn shove going to be too spewy when we are so close to the satellite seats?

Folding would leave us with 20bb stack which is plenty to play with at 150/300/40.  Getting to 15k would make me one of the chip leaders and give me more room to 3b/f  in the future.  Winning a double up would knock out a good opponent and allow me to coast through the bubble.
