WSOPC- $365 Run- Hand #2

Here's the second hand I took notes on (see Hand #1 for background on tourney)

Here we have 41 left with top 36 being paid. Blinds 1200-2400-400 ante. Hero stack 72k (30bbs)

Villain in this hand is a good Asian player about 30 years old. Roughly the same stack as me. He's opening a lot and I've pegged him as being slightly out of line with opening ranges. It's near the bubble so he's picking up the pace. I've seen him open UTG twice and show down weakish hands, both times with Q10 actually. History- A level or two ago he doubled me up when he flatted an open on the button and I made a smallish 3-bet from the BB with KK. Opener folds, he flats and I have about PSB behind and jam on a 9 high raggedy flop and he calls with 1010 to double me. He was down to 12bbs and grinded back.

Action: Villain Opens UTG to 5500, Hero in late MP has A7ss and I elected to 3 bet him to 13k.

My thoughts: He is slightly out of line with his opens and I have an Ace blocker and am suited incase he peels. There were no obvious jam stacks behind me and we're approaching the bubble. I don't expect to be jammed on by anyone behind me with anything but a monster. I also used a smallish sizing since I did earlier with KK also. Also I have a good solid TAG image. I'm obviously folding to any subsequent action so this hand is part of a narrow 3-bet fold range.

Thoughts on this spot for a 3-bet?
