Here is CO with AcKc. Folds to him, he raises 3bb.
SB makes a 3b to 10bb. He's 19/12 3b 6%, afq ~25-30%.

Hero decides to make a 4b to 22bb - I know call would be better. But hero sux so he 4b it.
SB was thinking, thinking and called.

Now board is:

SB checks, Hero checks back.

SB checks, hero bets 16bb. SB calls 16bb.
