AQ unimproved versus fish, turn barrel?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BB: $3.50
UTG: $3.56
MP: $7.93
CO: $27.19
BN: $17.48 (Hero)
SB: $2.11
Villain is 34/9/1.0 over 314 hands.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with A Q
2 folds, CO calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.40, 2 folds, CO calls $0.30
Flop ($0.95) 4 3 4
CO checks, Hero bets $0.55, CO calls $0.55
I can go either way but I kind of like not allowing him to realize his equity plus he could call with quite a few worse hands.
Turn ($2.05) 4 3 4 K
CO checks, Hero bets $1.25, CO calls $1.25
Typically a good barreling card, but then again he's a fish and might just be super sticky. I feel in general I might be trying to bluff fish too often, would you in this spot? Would you look at certain stats to determine he's the kind of fish who is bluffable?
River ($4.55) 4 3 4 K 7
CO checks, Hero
Continue my bluff?
