We're against a reg who c-bets too much. He min-raises from CO or BTN and we defend the BB. Flop comes 942, two hearts. We have middle pair, no FD or BDFD. He c-bets 40% pot or maybe 60% pot.

Is it ok to check-raise for protection here? He's mainly folding worse, but check-calling can be rather gross because our hand can't take too much pressure.
