I play with the GTO trainer on Pio and after using it rigorously I have some concerns...

Firstly how well am I doing Vs GTO?
It gives me how much I lose per hands in EV.
What is a good score and a bad score for SRP and 3bet pots?
Are there any bench marks that we should try and aspire to?

Secondly am I actually improving or just cheating the system?
E.g. I know in a certain spot I can OB the nuts.
However am I finding enough bluffs and mixing small often enough.
I might have really good scores but in reality I could be getting exploited in game for being imbalanced.
