Hi guys,
So I've been playing online cash 5/10NL on GGpoker since the start of the summer. I feel that my skillset is definitely high enough to be able to beat these games but in reality I'm really struggling. I think that I understand theory to quite a high level but my application of it is quite frankly horrendous. I also have many mental game leaks but most of them I feel really stem with the frustration of underperforming at the tables.

I watch videos here at runitonce or on youtube and all the theory which people talk about I feel like I understand to quite a decent level. I almost feel like the coaches have a simpler more basic thought process than myself. Sometimes coaches will contradict each other and the questions which I actually have don't seem to have any satisfactory answers.

What I want to ask is how the hell should I go about getting better at this game. I don't even know what questions to ask here. i don't know where to start. I really feel like I've gotten my fundamentals down yet I still feel myself in a constant state of frustration both at and away from the tables. I just don't know what I should be doing
