Line check - top two pair OOP - 10NL

UTG: $12.52
HJ: $14.22
CO: $9.84
BN: $8.98
SB: $10 (Hero)
BB: $10.15
Very first hand against this Villain.
Preflop ($0.15) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A Q
UTG raises to $0.40, HJ calls $0.40, CO folds, BN folds, Hero calls $0.35, BB folds
There is an argument for 3betting here. I decided against because a) I sometimes 3bet and sometimes flat, and b) the player was unknown. However, both of those justifications are also reasons to 3bet.
Flop ($1.30) 3 T Q (3 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.90, HJ folds, Hero calls $0.90
Flop TPTK. Standard-sized cbet from Villain.

Check/call seems best play here. If I bet I can get raised off my hand, or bet out worse hands. However, I also expect to keep in KJ/KQ/AJ/AK type hands when I bet so I can bet for value. I'm happy with my check/call.
Turn ($3.10) 3 T Q A (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $1.50, Hero calls $1.50
Good Turn card. I consider leading, check/calling and check/raising here. All have some merit but - again - I'm happy with check/calling.

If I lead I look as though I've made the nuts. AJ and AK may have a tough time calling me here without a redraw to spades. If I bet and get raised I'm in a pretty awful spot because I have top two but I look as though I'm that strong or stronger. I doubt I'm getting raised there by worse than AQ. Also, if I bet and get called on the Turn then I may lose any River action.
River ($6.10) 3 T Q A T (2 Players)
Hero bets $2.80
I think the River is the street which is most contentious. A Ten isn't a great card, but not the worst card in the deck by far.

In Villain's value range I beat basically AJ and AK. He may have any other Ace combo, but if he's a standard player (my presumption without reads) then I figure that he's unlikely to raise UTG. Villain is unlikely to bet AJ on the River, but may call a bet. He could comfortably bet AK. The remainder of the range is boats and flushes.

When Villain gets to the River he could have some bluffs, but the board now looks pretty bad for bluffing into. I could have a straight, a boat or a big Ace. Therefore, I conclude that any aggression on the River is likely to mean I am losing.

So I decide to lead, because there are some hands in Villain's range with which he can call this bet where I can be good. This could be any Ace, or possibly KQ/QJ which bluff-catches against a busted flush draw. My sizing is set in order to fold to a shove, because I'm confident I'm dead if I get shoved into onto the River.

So, any thoughts on the line? Particularly the River, which caused me the most brain-ache.
