Live £2/5 Slowplayed flopped trips faces river minCR

Playing live £2/5.

SB is a very good player. He and I know each other's game well and we talk lots about poker. Button is a big fish. Liable to be quite stationy but also regularly runs crazy bluffs. I have a good read for when the fish is bluffing or not.

Action folds to the fish on the button who limps. SB completes and I check J3o in BB.

Flop (£15) 833ss. SB leads £15. I decide to flat to allow the button to call or bluff raise. SB would normally expect me to raise trips or better the majority of the time and to sometimes raise, sometimes call with flush draws. He wouldn't expect me to raise two pair. The button goes 65 and it looks like a bluff (I have a good timing tell on him). SB flats and I decide just to flat. Not three betting could be a mistake, but I felt that if I three bet here I get rid of the button and prevent him from bluffing further and I allow the SB to play perfectly against my hand. At this stage I think the SB has flush draws a decent amount of the time and is occasionally slowplaying a big hand. He might sometimes have 8x. At this point SB will see my range as mostly as good flush draws with the occasionally slowplayed strong hand.

Turn (£210) 833ss7s. SB checks. I check. Button checks. At this stage it looks as though the button has given up on his bluff. If he had been semi-bluffing the flop with a flush draw (unlikely given my read) he would bet the turn here if it made his flush. SB range is still the same as when he calls on the flop. My plan here was to make a small-moderately sized CR if the button bet to get value from flush draws (he would call with most high spades). I would fold if the SB CR'd the turn. I'm not sure what I would have done if the SB check-called.

River (£210) 833s7s4c. SB checks. I bet £100. Button folds. SB thinks and makes it £200.

Normally I wouldn't expect the SB to check a big hand on the river, but to him I think my hand (on the flop) looks a lots like a flush draw. The rest of my range is slowplayed big hands (less likely). Of these he knows I will bet the majority, so actually it seems like a fairly safe spot for him to go for a CR.

On the other hand, if he can safely put me on a big hand most of the time, wouldn't he try to get more value from his river check-raise with a monster? He's is capable of bluffing in this spot, but I've never seen him (and would never expect him) to minCR bluff, given that I probably have strong hand and am getting a very good price to call.

I tank-folded. (He accused me of making a nit fold, which suggests (a) that he wasn't expecting me to fold and (b) that he was aware my range was strong. This makes me feel like it was a good fold.)
