NL 50 - Strange Villain bet size, can I raise the turn?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) UTG: $58.13
MP: $50.00
CO: $42.67
BN: $50.41 (Hero)
SB: $67.31
BB: $75.25
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with Q A
UTG folds, MP raises to $2.53, CO folds, Hero calls $2.53, 2 folds
Flop ($5.81) K 4 Q
MP bets $1.97, Hero calls $1.97
Turn ($9.75) K 4 Q A
MP bets $1.70, Hero calls $1.70
River ($13.15) K 4 Q A 2
MP bets $14.03

Villain is a fish, 35/22
Cbet flop/turn/river: 60/63/75

I guess flop is ok, but the turn seems meh, I mean, in these spot I always assume Villain got the nuts and want to lure me in, so even if I got a very good hand both in absolute and relative value, I don't raise.
Would you raise the turn? What about the size?

As played, what would you do OTR?
