Utg is a reg who won a stack off of me before by x/r turned trips OTT vs my delayed cbet with TPMK on a drawy board

This is a very dry board so I just bet 1/3p

Turn ($28.32) 4 Q 7 8

UTG bets $20.18, Hero folds

It's hard for him to have any bluffs when 65s turns a straight and I don't think he ever has dominated value so I folded
