sample small: villain 40/37 over 30 hands

Preflop ($0.03) Hero is SB with Q Q

4 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, BB raises to $0.18, Hero raises to $0.50, BB calls $0.32

standard 4bet but when he calls I put him mostly on AQ or AJ. Sometimes JJ but AK, KK and even JJ mostly jams?

I bet to get some value from JJ

when he bets I exclude JJ but the guy is 40/37 should i consider that ? only 40 hands though.
