NL25 bad bluff?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $40.39
SB: $25.00
BB: $28.22
UTG: $23.74
MP: $25.90 (Hero)
CO: $9.88
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is MP with 8 T
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.62, CO folds, BN raises to $2.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.38
Flop ($4.35) Q 9 T
Hero checks, BN bets $1.30, Hero raises to $4.68, BN calls $3.38
Pro's: I can rep all value hands, except not 100% of QQ
I have some gutshot equity (but not to the nuts)
Con's: Villian can also have all the value hands and also has KK and AA that will not fold on flop.

After im typing this I think I already know the answer this is not a good flop strategy, but im still curious what hands we would C/R. If we have 8sTs do we like to C/R here? Or do we not C/R because the flop is slightly better for villian?
Turn ($13.71) Q 9 T 7
Hero bets $9.29, BN raises to $33.71 and is all in, Hero calls $9.93 and is all in
I think this is a stupid sizing of me. I have to shove to generate most FE against AK and some AJ, maybe JJ and sometimes AQ?

I think i made a mistake to play it like this, but i would love to know if its very big or is it a small mistake. Is it a 5-10bb mistake or >20bb?
