nl2:A3s 3bet pot SBvsBTN, double barel FD ?

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (6 Players) BN: $2.00
SB: $2.11 (Hero)
BB: $2.05
UTG: $2.15
MP: $2.16
CO: $2.92
25 hands not big sample: 36/20
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is SB with 3 A
3 folds, BN raises to $0.06, Hero raises to $0.20, BB folds, BN calls $0.14
I 3bet bluff only regs, so lets assume he is a "reg"
Flop ($0.48) T 4 2
Hero bets $0.24, BN calls $0.24
1/2 pot cbet to fold out all his broadways
Turn ($0.96) T 4 2 J
Hero bets $1.66 and is all in, BN calls $1.55 and is all in
I would like to see me here to double barel 2/3 pot to fold out 66,88,99 I don't expect him to fold AT but with a shove maybe i can fold that ?
River ($4.17) T 4 2 J 6
Final Pot BN lost and shows a pair of Tens.
SB wins and shows a flush, Ace high (pot not awarded as player cashed out).
SB wins $3.92
Rake is $0.14
  1. Is it big mistake to shove turn ?
  2. Does my shove generate more FE, lets say he can fold now Tx ?
  3. If I double barel and river bricks its a clear check right ?
