NL5 - Multiway pot vs 3 fishes

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) UTG: $5.00
MP: $4.76
CO: $5.47 (Hero)
BN: $5.00
SB: $1.45
BB: $0.84
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is CO with Q A
UTG folds, MP calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.30, BN folds, SB calls $0.28, BB calls $0.25, MP calls $0.25
All 3 players who called are fishes. Only 5 hands we have on each of them but they have all Open Limped until now 1 time which shows that they are fishy.
Flop ($1.20) 2 Q 4
SB bets $0.20, BB raises to $0.54 and is all in, MP calls $0.54, Hero calls $0.54, SB calls $0.34
SB bets 16.6% of the pot. I don't think he has anything strong here. BB shoves. His stack is very small. He may be doing that with a weak Q, I don't know.
Turn ($3.36) 2 Q 4 6
SB bets $0.61 and is all in, MP calls $0.61, Hero calls $0.61
I think that's an easy call.
River ($5.19) 2 Q 4 6 J
MP bets $3.31 and is all in, Hero calls $3.31
I don't know what to do here though. I don't think SB has a high chance to win this pot. I think we're ahaid vs him because why didn't he just shove on the flop and used instead 16% PSB? Those small bets show that he either has a medium strength hand or air. That's my opinion.

I believe we need to call. I read in Applications of NLHE the following: ''In general, most players significantly underestimate how
much stronger a hand should be to bet, call, or raise when
multiway. Top pair hands and even overpairs will regularly not be
strong enough to bet or raise on many board textures where three
or more players see the flop. Furthermore, weak players often use
close to the same range regardless of how many opponents they
are facing. This is a huge leak which results in them going to
showdown with hands that are too weak.''

For this reason mentioned I think we need to call here. Maybe in theory, we need to fold here, but in this spot I think it's call
Final Pot MP lost and shows high card Queen.
CO wins and shows a pair of Queens.
SB lost and shows high card King.
BB lost and shows a pair of Jacks.
CO wins $11.32
Rake is $0.49
