Playing suited connectors OOP in a 3 bet pot - .5nl zoom

Hero(6.16) is utg +1, w 9/10dd

UTG opens to .15
HERO(6.16): raises to .455
CO(5.17): calls .455
UTG: folds (pot.99)

I usually lean towards a raise/fold strategy pre flop. Is it too wide to raise here facing an open from UTG and players behind to act? If so, is flatting the 9/10dd the better play?

FLOP: 3c 9s Qh*
HERO: bets .444
CO: calls .44 (pot 1.87)

Idk if i like leading out on the flop. I wanted to protect my hand from bad turn cards but too much of CO's 3 bet calling range is going to connect w this flop. Would a c/c be better on this flop and then re-evaluate on turn?

TURN: Jd
HERO: checks
CO: bets .911
HERO: calls .91 (pot 3.69)

This spot was tricky for me. I think after CO calls our lead on flop we should be checking this turn. Now having open ended straight draw it feels like a call is okay. Idk if we get paid off on many rivers so maybe can just fold as our hand doesnt beat any of his value range.

*RIVER: 5d
HERO: checks
CO: bets 3.34 and is all in
HERO: folds (pot 3.69)

I think folding river is obv choice in this spot. If we are gonna fold all brick rivers does it make more sense to fold the turn since we only have 8 outs and no real implied odds as most of the time we hit our straight CO is gonna check behind hands that we beat. Any input is welcomed and greatly appreciated. Thx
