Sauce123 plays 50NL

https://www.runitonce.com/poker-training/videos/2-table-501-6-max-zoom-nlhe-4/

Also in this video I see one of Rio's new coaches Saulo playing 50NL. I think it's the same Saulo, but not 100%, maybe someone else can confirm. I have a couple of questions for these low stake grinders. In the video Sauce was saying rake is like 10%, but it is just 5%, so not sure how many adjustments Ben made based off rake or vs zoom structure just to get more hands per hour.

Some of my notes from my observations.

UTG folds KJo
MP folds KTo, J9s
CO folds JTo, QTo,
BTN folds J9o, A5o, A6o,
BB defense vs btn 2bb+ J8o+
HJ A8s "one of the weaker hands I would raise"
Postflop "bet what your hand is worth"

Curious if these hands are being opened on regular tables or still folding? I assume all A2s+ are opened in hJ. Not sure about his comment. Also snap folded J9s MP\HJ which I have as 100% open. This video is 3 years old, so not sure what his modern day adjustments would be. Does he stick with 3bb sizing? Is encouraging BB calls via 2.5bb open bad?

Please share any thoughts or adjustments you have or would make to lower levels. Would like to see more coaches make some 50NL or 100NL videos.
