T9s floped flush

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) CO: $10.25
BN: $10.40
SB: $11.74
BB: $10.00
UTG: $20.00 (Hero)
MP: $9.45
Villain fishy 38/ 21 over 100 hands
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with T 9
Hero raises to $0.30, MP calls $0.30, 4 folds
Flop ($0.75) 4 J 6
Hero bets $0.50, MP raises to $1.00, Hero calls $0.50
I don't raise back here simply because from my previous experience, I`m always running into better flushes when I stack off on mono boards.
Turn ($2.75) 4 J 6 J
Hero checks, MP bets $1.20, Hero calls $1.20
His sizing makes me just call... I would expect Jx or a vulnerable low flush to just fire larger on turn. His bet pretty much confirms that he has a very strong hand NF or FH that he doesn't need to protect... but he cold play like this a weakish Jx so I call.
River ($5.15) 4 J 6 J A
Hero checks, MP bets $2.10, Hero folds

After he bets that river I don't think he has any bluffs... and his value range has us beat so I go with the fold.

1) What do you think about the way I played the hand?

2)If i totally messed up, on which street should i be more careful/ play it differently and why?
