$0.10/$0.25 PLO - Facing Donk Pot Bet in Squeezed 3bet Pot with TPTK + GS

Stack Sizes on the Flop:
UTG - $54.80 - 55/34 - Appears on the looser/aggro side. Don't have too many reads yet at anonymous tables
MP - $18.50 - Recreational Player around 44 VPIP
CO - $20.90 - Hero - AsQs7c6c

Preflop:
UTG raises to $0.85, MP calls $0.85, MP re-raises to $3.75, UTG calls, MP calls

Flop ($11.02) Qh 5h 3s
UTG checks, MP bets $11.60, Hero???

Preflop, I went ahead and squeezed AQ76ds. I feel like the hand is ahead of both players' range. If I had both the A and Q high suits, I would lean more towards call. With only the 7 high suit, I feel like I should raise or fold so chose to squeeze. I also think I get called by both players around 60-75% of the time. I think I get 1 player to fold around 15-25% of the time, and both players to fold around 5% of the time. I think this is a good squeeze, but want to hear your thoughts as well?

On the flop, the MP donk shoves into me. This seems like a close spot. Doing the math, I need 38.52% equity vs just his shove. But, since the other player is in the pot, I would assume maybe I need more around 40-45% equity. It really hurts my equity if the 3rd player even just gets all in with a FD. Running some equities of hands I could possibly be up against...

My Equity vs these hands:
Ah8h4d5d: 43.48%
55xx: 22.07%
QQxx: 19%
Q5xx: 45.9%
Q3xx: 44.5%
4567: 51%
KK:hh: 34.3%
AQxx: 50.7%

So I have been a NLH pro for years grinding mistakes and high stakes. I don't have enough experience to know what villains range looks like here and how much equity we have vs it. I guess that is my main question. Also, how much more equity do you think we need because of the other player involved? What % higher do you think that threshold is? In game, I just folded, but wanted to make sure I didn't make too tight of a fold. Also, I feel like there is some deeper themes here that would create good discussion.
