Okay so Fish had about 400 to start the hand and the btn covers rest off field. What
is the optimal line for me to take here? Call or jam? Well you could find a fold but vs a wide range
doublepaired hand like this seems a bit to strong to fold pre. BUT whats should be best play, reraise and hope
everybody folds but original raiser or just call and setvalue?
