I would consider folding pre. If sb doesn't call you can call. Your hand does much better heads up than multiway.
i would probably just call flop. BN cbet looks like a draw, I figure he would bet bigger for protection w a made hand. As played, you look like a set, so I would def shove that river.
Unless you have a read that BN is tricky..

I find myself unsure on many flops w AA in 3bet pots.
Thing is people don't stack off light often at plo5.

Actually i'm unsure about pre. If sb folds calling and 3betting seem fine. squeezing might be an option but i'd much prefer to get this HU.
I guess folding pre does seem too weak. I don't like the flop raise. just try to play a small pot and bluff good cards/ bluffcatch otr.
