Great video.
18.30 UTG limps we in MP raise. here I find quite a interesting spot in regards to what we can raise here. What would be your thought process when it's close to the bottom of your raise range and what are the weakest hands you will be raising? do you have a limping range? in a HUD your raise, what would that come under ?

Thanks

23.00 min, where you have KhQ and reference villains c/fold state here, would this stat you use be c/f in single raised pots or for both SRP and 3Bet pots? As you say you believe his state is X I assume it isn't part of your HUD, if so how come?

Thanks, good video.

Think it is my first full CR video as well ha, so thanks! On the river you didn't mention about blockers in regards to our bluffs, rather than lowest equity, is it not better to bluff our best blockers? I assume actually the 22 - 77 would be best as they don't block any draws but it seems suboptimal to bluff Axhh when that is a decent chunk of his snap folds with his worst equity.
Thanks

Nice video! next time could you hide the whole hand and drop it down as you go through so we can't see what you have done and what turn etc is. felt I wasn't able to fully engage or use my own ranges as well knowing the turn was a 2

How is it that when someone opens the BTN vs you $13.80 your reraise size is auto set to $48.90?

Great video Ben! thanks Kanu for posting and putting it all together! A lot of my questions have been answered in here, I guess one thing i'm struggling with a little is, does Kanu really open 3.5x 60%- 65% of the time? I can't help but think this is just not profitable vs a good HS reg?

Hi guys

What is the minimum % we need to open the SB to not let the BB make auto money?

Thanks

Thanks for your response.

Do you know why it's complicated? I would assume it would be a little like your river example, but the reason for my posting was noticing how high pokersnowie's bluff range, yes it looks a lot more like 50/50

Post | Goodbluff posted in NLHE: Bluff range question

Hi guys.

I want to start building my own ranges but am not 100% sure on GTO side regarding bluff %. E.g I have a value range of JJ-Ako which is 3.02%, what % should my bluff range come to?

Thanks

Post | Goodbluff posted in NLHE: HUD player min / max options

Hey

What do you guys think is optimal to set your HUD in regards of "number of players filtered"? currently I have 1 - 2 players , 3 - 4 players and 5 / 6 players.
Interested to hear your thoughts and what you use

Hey Era7er,Great videos.

Right at the start within the first 5 min. You have have the cold 5bet AKo in SB to which you say first the 3bettor has a high 3bet % is overall % is 10 (is that high?) and his 3BP IP vs EP is 7% is this high as well? Or a better question might be what is making his 3bet % higher than normal and what in your opinion is normal?. The CO then 4bets and you say he has a high 4bet steal % which is 4.2% again what do you consider normal? and total 4B % is 2.8% is that normal.
After this hand within 60 sec CO opens you 3B QQ on BTN, SB 4bets, you say he has a high cold 4B% as well as he is 4.1% and overall 4B% of 3.5%. You 5B small as you want a 5B bluff range here vs such a high cold 4B%. same sort of question really but what is to the cut of point to which you wouldn't have a 5B range here?

What would be a normal 4B% and what would be a normal cold 4B %?

As you can see I am new to 6 max. If I could give any advice for future videos it would be to over explain in relation to you HUB and stats.

Thanks!!

Comment | Goodbluff commented on When in doubt, JAM

Thanks for the comments guys!

As the BTN here will have a wider 3B range due to the limp in CO how do we combat this? In this spot what would the bottom of your calling range look like? do we call all pockets here? what about JQs? I was worried this type of hand might be dominated to much and 89s be a better call but this theory could be wrong due to CO range and still BTN might be 3betting hands like T8s? J8s?
3bet wise what are we doing ? Is it simply a spot of 4betting the hands we can't call or would this result in over bluffing? I normally 4bet A3, A5s but could I widen it here to A5s - A2s and maybe ATs? maybe i'm opening myself up to being exploitable only having AXs hands as 4bet bluffs

Jared Tendler has some great stuff to help in his books regarding stuff like this. As Nick said this is normally a deep rooted problem that is largely due to your desire to actually play poker, remember when you started playing, would this stuff ever happen? I would say no, as you had so much passion and hunger that you would absorb every single piece of information that you could.

I would try to step back and work out what is really best for you.

All the best.

I agree this hand is to weak to see a river vs his range here and we have a ev+ shove

Comment | Goodbluff commented on BB squeeze range

Thanks for your reply Awild.

To be honest I don't have a set range here as I'm not in these games much. I also am unsure on what size to make it here and even my value range, i would just guess that the more squeeze / bluffs i have the wider my value range has to be, so vs better players i would tighten both and open up vs weaker competition. All of this situations are alien to be as you can see ha.

The reason I call so light in this spot is mainly pot odds and that vs two other reg's I feel I can actually rep really well as my range is very different to theirs, so when the board come 862r or FD or low boards in general I have pretty good playability, maybe not though?

What are you calling with here Awild and 3betting? The first thing I would look at when deciding would be CO's open % and BNT's 3B% but given these reads are either fine or not big enough sample which I don't in any 6M games yet how do you proceed or go about constructing?

Hi guys.

I am mainly asking out of pure interest as i know nothing about it rather than getting into it myself and i always see so many videos on here of it.

What sort of results are people getting from ZOOM 6M, and how many hands per hour do people play 4 tables? i am talking about winrate for 2/5 and 1/2 only.

Cheers.

Nice video, what treadmill / walkmill do you have? and would you recommend it?

July 15, 2014 | 9:56 a.m.

As stated above river is a clear bet, there is just way to many combo's here of 2P and stubborn 1P, remember your line doesn't look that credible.

If we bet say 400-500 here and we do get shoved i think we have to call vs most player types unless villain is clearly tight / not capable, in my experience players are a lot better at turning hands into bluffs here than you would think.

Fish seem to have changed over the last few years and im seeing a lot more river c/r bluffs in this type of spot than i used to. Anyone else found this?

That makes a lot of sense thanks for your time. GL
