For anyone playing mixed games, whether be H.O.R.S.E., 8 to 12 game-mixes, dealer’s choice, etc., why should anyone get into learning how to play different poker formats aside from the popular ones like NLHE and PLO? What has experience in mixed games done for your overall poker game?
I’m curious as to what learning mixed games can do for my own poker game. I mainly play NLHE cash, so I am curious if there are concepts or ideas from playing Stud, 2-7 Single Draw, Omaha 8/B, etc. that can help with my current game. Or better yet, why learn how to play games that are not as prevalent as NLHE and PLO? I know there are mixed game tournaments as well as a few tournaments for one type of poker; although they are rarer than NLHE MTTs. I have been considering learning PLO just in case there’s a good Vegas or CA game to capitalize on.

Before April 20th, there was some chatbot named “Phil” announcing a course from Galfond called Poker Foundations. The 20th hits and the course doesn’t show up. Was it postponed or just cancelled? Honestly I was looking forward to checking it out. Does anyone know what happened?

I second this. Mystery bounty tournaments are getting popular and I will like to see more content relating to this.

I was looking forward to your video given your play at the high stakes tables. After watching this video, I have one question for you. How often do you use solvers in your game, and will you consider making a video in the future going into more detail comparing your play to what the solvers are showing? I was taken aback that most of the commentary for your plays and comparing them to solver output was either "Oh I'm surprised." or barely any reflection.
