I agree with Sean to Jam turn for two reasons. Your def ahead against his range and im not sure if hes bluffing all his FD ,OESD and maybe Hands like AJ (obv unlikley) Kc9. In addiation you can def have a few bluffs in your range with ones depends on your 4betting range in that spot but AK for sure.
Dont think there is anything wrong with your sizing on the Flop, No reason it has to be Potsize or less on the Turn in that Spot.
