We'll see about that. I have no plans and I'm not intending to talk about myself too much so this will mostly be about poker-related things. I'm interested in writing about any subject on my mind. Mental game, preparation. self-confidence and so on.

I will be posting graphs here weekly and talking about things I'm trying to change (habits, game plan etc.)

[ ] I will add to my weekly goal list a new habit of starting a session with 5 min meditation and keeping session log for myself. I will be playing 2-4 session a day so this will take some willpower adding to the longer morning and evening meditations that I've been doing. Mind is sometimes extremely strong when it comes to resisting meditation.

Hello RIO! I've been playing NL100 recently after having a monter downswing in NL200 so I decided to take a step back and grind NL100 for a couple of weeks.

Goals for the week
[ ] 25k+ hands of NL100
[ ] Focus on not playing too many tables

I expect to be winning somewhere around 7-10evbb/100 but hopefully I won't stay @NL100 long enough to prove that :)

I've always struggled with my BRM so I will set strict rules to follow from now on so this is kind of a bankroll-challenge.

  • NL100 0-10k
  • NL200 8k-30k

It should take at least a couple of months to get there so I'll be setting new goals after I'm there.
