Since learning about the 1-alpha strat and all the many spots it applies to, I have found that playing an expoitable style will generally be more profitable. This is obviously is more true at small and mid stakes tables compared to high stakes. So for small and mid stakes players it seems being able to recognize when someone is playing GTO against you is a good tool to have in your arsenal though the majority of players we will encounter will be playing exploitable. That said, being a regular on bovada which is an anonymous site my biggest difficulty is early on in matches where I am playing readless for the most part. Making plays based on stats obtained in the first 20-30 hands might do more harm than good. So I was curious if implementing 1-alpha would be optimal until we have reads and can exploit them accordingly. It seems that the toughest decisioins for me occur during the first 100 hands while stats were being obtained and I get in spots where I am readless would this be good spot to apply GTO?? Forgive me if this is a dumb question.

I have snowie but from what I have heard Snowie isnt really true GTO while GTOR is. I just can't see the high frequency that Snowie advocates half pot betting to be GTO, when playing the AI although it does play surprisingly balanced I have found a lot of questionable spots and writing to their support has been an exercise in futility. What public library are you referring to is it connected directly to snowie? I really wish that you could plug villian ranges into the scenerios like you can in CRev. Anyways, curious to hear thoughts on whether Snowie is really GTO, there just isnt enough math to back it up the way that GTOR does.

Sweet16 and to others I may have not been clear enough on my OP. On sites that are NOT anonymous I have absolutely no problem assessing what my 3b calling range should be vs known villians as I have large sample size of their 3b freq, 3b folding, Cbet, Turn bet, etc. The biggest issue is on sites like Bovada that are completely anonymous, the very best case scenerio during a 6max session is I am lucky to get a 100+ hand sample before they leave. Although a 100 hands is still small, its enough for me to work with the limited info I have and it provides much better reads for me than the situations which arise in the first 20-40 hands of a 6max session. This is what my question pertains to specifically.
On bovada villians come and go frequently especially the shortstackers who double up and leave. That said, my question is when I get hands like JQs, AQ, KQos, KQs and open from the CO or button and get 3b from the blinds during the first 40 hands of a session I am basically readless. I will call under the assumption that their blind calling ranges should be wide, and am finding myself often getting shown premiums or getting pushed off my hand. That said, I guess my question is should I be modifying my 3b calling ranges in readless positions assuming 100bb stacks? If so how? I like Disharmonist's suggestion but then should we ever be folding hands like KQos early on?
For example in first 20 or so hands of session we open KQos and get 3b are we calling 3streets on a Qh4s7h9c3s board 100% of the time. This is an example of where I will call 3 streets and often find myself dominated. I am aware my question is difficult to answer as I am asking how you would play these hands when 3b vs readless villians. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm playing up to 600nl 6 max and I'm still unsure what my 3b calling range should be. I find myself getting into trouble when ever i call 3 bets on anonymous tables with hands like KQ, QJ, QT, JT, sc etc... with such few stats vs villains. Majority of the time that i call with these types of hands i run into premiums or i get barreled which forces me to fold. I basically level myself into thinking that their ranges are gonna be wider from the blinds which in general is true but tbh i don't see a ton of aggression on the Anonymous tables at least at mid stakes.

I just thought by C/R it gave me the best chance to get stacks all in because I don't think I can jam the river profitably. I expected him to fire majority of the time on the turn by how he had played.

I wasn't really worried about Kx being in his range other than K6s, K5s, K4s, K2s. I feel like this opp was never folding 6x or any pp because of a hand I played vs him earlier where he pot donk bet 45 into 45 pot with Q9ss on Js7h5s9h4d checked called 108 into 135 on turn n then called an 86 river bet into 351. So i deff think I can deff go for value after seeing that but once he checks back turn I'm really not sure if he is giving up with draws or going to bluff them if checked to since he didn't fire the turn.

Hand History | NuffC3d posted in NLHE: NL 600 vs a river raise call or fold?
Blinds: $3.00/$6.00 (6 Players) SB: $757.55 (Hero)
BB: $600.00
UTG: $854.53
MP: $600.00
CO: $633.45
BN: $423.93
Preflop ($9.00) Hero is SB with Q Q
UTG calls $6.00, MP folds, CO calls $6.00, BN folds, Hero raises to $33.00, BB calls $24.00, UTG calls $24.00, CO calls $24.00
Flop ($123.00) 3 2 6
Hero bets $80.00, BB folds, UTG folds, CO calls $80.00
Turn ($283.00) 3 2 6 3
Hero checks, CO checks
Reasoning for checking back the turn was to C/R all in because villain was an overly ago fish who I had seen bomb when checked to multiple times with his standard sizing which was pot with FD and TP
River ($283.00) 3 2 6 3 K
Hero bets $180.00, CO raises to $523.45 and is all in
Once he checked back the turn i couldn't put him on a range thats taking this line possibly 66,33 but even in that spot I think those hands are betting a good portion of the time on the turn. I really had no idea what to do in this spot because I rarely see anyone bluff raising all in at 3/6 on Bovada but the line doesn't make much sense at least to me. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
