I didn't put the stats as i don't have many hands on him. He was 31/23/0 on 49 hands. RFI from SB is 50% (4 hands only).
The small stack gives him a stronger range obv. You pointed it right. Looiking at this stats, shove is still the best option i think.

I was wondering if the push with 77 (at 43:00) was not too spewy.
By pushing here so deep, you narrow your own range to nearly exactly what you got (66-99), then his calling range is going to be way wider. By running the maths, i can't figure the good move here.
