I have constructed my RFI ranges from each position including my call 3b, 4bet value
and 4bet bluff hands.
However i'm struggling to construct a range for when I am not the first person into the pot. I have generally kept my raise for value and bluff hands the same (3b in this case) however how do I go about constructing a calling range vs each position?
This is relating to cash games (6max).
