As played, I jam over turn bet. Our hand is super under repped, if he has JJor 22, I don't ever expect him to fold. He may call with QdTd but not sure but so many rivers will either counterfeit our action or our hand. If an A,9 or d hit river, I think sets can find a river fold. Especially if we don't know if guy will bluff missed draws, plus I think guys are going to be more hesitant to bluff 200bbs stacks especially if reg is on tighter side. So He could likely just give up on missed rivers so jamming turn: denyies equity and will get called by worse sets.

I like a flop 4bet for the reasons PokerIsHard stated.

Kind of a gross spot, but villain looks very loose passive from stats you posted. When the LP pots turn when flush hits and then overbets river blank, this is rarely if ever a bluff. I think that at worst here, you will see 34 from this type of villain. Like, it would just be rare to see a LP make this play on this texture even with a set, so I think its wishfull to think we are good here.

Villain is one of the better regulars in the games. He is a 21/17 with a 3bet of 6% and a fold to 4bet of 22% over a 4k hand sample with a 44% W$SF and a 46% W$SD(sample size small for last 2 stats to be really relevent) We had a dynamic and I felt that he would be flatting my 4bet IP with a wider range that consisted of 88+,AXs broadways, and KXs broadways. In restrospect, I think I would have like making my 4bet a little bigger since he is folding so infrequently along with a slightly larger flop cbet.

The question is regarding the turn. Though I feel jamming is fine here, I felt that since a safe card fell, checking was better for several reasons. Given the range that I assigned to him, I felt that when he only called the flop, that his hand was either a float or a worse pair, plus because I have the Ad as a blocker, it limits his FD's to KdQd which I feel would also be raising the flop. If he did have an overpair or set that he was just calling, I thought he would certainly be jamming this on the turn anyway, So all the a bet would accomplish would be to fold out all his floats and weaker pairs that peeled one.

Conversely, by checking, I felt like it allowed for him to bluff his floats, and maybe even turn his weaker pairs into bluffs when I check. If he did check back, I thought that I could bet about a little less than half pot making it easy for him to bluff catch as I wasn't worried about giving a free card here as if I was ahead, he would at most be drawing to 6 outs or less ie if he peeled with KQ or a worse pair with the exception of KcQc. Thoughts?
