Iv seen a few videos of people opening 78s, 89s etc UTG. What's the reason for it? I ask because your likely to get over cards & OOP. Any help or advice anyone could give me would be much appreciated!!

Can anybody give me any advice please!! Is a calling a 9bb re raise the right play with small pairs? I understand you will miss more often then not, but when you hit you get paid.
