OOP EV using both pot size and 1/3 are around 207, and using only pot size is 206, and using only 1/3 is 204, but we can get away with range cbetting as we cbet 90%+, I did node lock to a range cbet and it loses very tiny amount of ev from the 204, so I guess most efficient strategy is to range cbet
