no, thats giving your opponent too much credit.

and if such was the case, im certain his preflop 4b figure would be much higher than 2pct.

if villain is 4betting with only 2pct of hands over a large sample size, then you certainly dont have enough equity to be bet+calling. its quite likely though that when you 3b {TT-QQ, AK}, you will frequently get called in one or more spots, and when you are called, you will usually be an equity favorite.

so, yes, i think you really can squeeze/fold QQ here.

Hand History | anatta posted in NLHE: NL50 overpair v. villain who likes to float
SB: $126.79
BB: $66.98
UTG: $53.84 (Hero)
HJ: $19
CO: $80.75
BN: $58.83
villain is 20/12/2 over 2k hands. flop float stat is 42 percent; what's an average range for this PT stat? i mean, without looking at any numbers, it was already pretty clear to me that this particular villain was floating a lot of hands.

in hindsight, i think the river call is actually pretty awful, but at the time, i remember thinking -- villain never bets an 8 on the turn, and with a straight or a flush, i simply thought hed bet bigger on the turn.
Preflop ($1.25) (6 Players)

BB: $54.84

CO: $50 (Hero)
BN: $182.74
SB: $58.40
villain 22/14/3 over 1k hands, only 3b 3pct of hands, so it's safe to say his flop range is something like {JJ+,AKs,AKo} or {QQ+,AQs+,AKo}.
Preflop ($0.75) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt Q Q
HJ folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BN folds, SB raises to $4.75, BB folds, Hero calls $3.50
