Hello!

Pretty new into pokermaths. Worked with a hand today where i calculated a had 17.5% vs fis range if he pushed turn. I needed 20% so it was a fold.

Then i started thinking that theres noway isildur would have folded there etc. So my question is: shall i always think of these spots in vakuum and fold if i dont have the odds aiganst fis expected range? Or can/shall i take it one step further and can call as long as my callrange are ev+ vs fis pushrange??

Hope someone can help me think, drives me crazy :)

An aggressive reg who 3bets alot from button probably wont play me of often enough to make it profitable for me to call 22-77 oop. I have started fold them and it feels better because i hate checkfolding every flop.

ok thanks for your advise , what about 55, 99, AJss, AQ off, you think its best to fold them to a 3bet oop 200bb deep?

Hi, around 100bb deep i play a fold or 4bet strategy oop aiganst 3bets.
When we are around 200bb deep im very confused of what to do.
Im 4betting polarized but what should my flatrange be against an pretty good aggresive fi who 3bets 12-15% from button and cbets alot.
I have been setmining alot and often calls axs , ajo+, suited connectors , k10+s. But its maybe not profitable to call some/all of this hand aiganst an good aggresive fi? Can i call all of this hand oop 200bb deep aiganst an bad player?

Whats the reason for just call preflopp with this stackdepht ? What should our 3b range be here then ~150bb +. Only qq-aa and bluffs?

Ty very much for you answer!
Cbet turn moore semms reasonable!
Im profitably calling 3bets alot playing 200bb lowstakes, but Im soon going up in stakes so then thats a good tip i guess.
I open 3,5bb utg and co, and 2,75bb button, should i open that big from button if i steal moore or should i minraise?
Ok im probably folding to much cbets, ty for telling me!
W$WSF 38
fold to turn cbet 38
fold tto river cbet 30
4betrange is like aa-qq ak, jj and aq against some people and almost no bluffs.

Im playing at the lowest stakes . I want to learn as much as possible before moving up in stakes!
Now im trying to learn about balancing my riverranges! But im nit sure how to do the maths.

If i have 70% riverpotbets as standard, how do i calculate how often to bet for value and as a bluff? If fi:s hand not is capped, does it effect/complicate the calculation if i dont win everytime i bet for value?
