So after downgrade you remain at the level you paid? Is that true?
Why I am asking this because I'm thinking about making this as motivational thing: if I play good that month then I can allow myself Elite plan. If I play poorly then I downgrade to make myself play better next month.
Is this jumping possible?

What else is there going to be in that large update?
