I think calling and seeing flop is okay here, only 60k. Instead you now lose 125k if you fold.
Calling in position is the best answer involves more skill but well worth it.

UTG + 2 sitting with 43k raises Half 21k ,
Folds to guy on the cutoff, BigStack about 120k
Avg is 62k ,
BigStack calls 21k after reconfirming its only 21k to call.
16 pay, 18 left.
I have 45k in SB , and I wake up with AA
Or should I have just called ?

Any raise after the re raise only will get called by a hand that beats your trips.
You could do a min raise, and see that he will donk call or fold.
But if he re raises again then you might regret not jus calling.
I like to end hands fast move on, but if you want maximum value,
And you think you are ahead you could min raise at best.
He might have rivered 6 for pocket 6 at best if you think you are ahead

I would just call, OOP, with 99 jamming is turning hand to bluff. And 3bet/ call. But calling a jam is turning your hand to the worst hand. So calling here, and letting action either come back to you or seeing a flop is best answer.
