I feel like I talk in behalf of most of the cash game players on runitonce when I say that you are the biggest reason for us having elite membership!

Another reason why I decided to write is because it will soon be the 3rd anniversary of your first and one of the best videos which I return to even years later; "Becoming a boss - Organizing river value and bluffs on river probe situations" and I would be really happy if you would have any upcoming piosolver heavy strategy videos in the pipeline with a theme of some sort like the first two videos you made for the site?

I have always been a lone gunman and was thinking if there would be any high quality open discord communities etc where people would focus on hand histories/strategies/solver solution understanding for players at different levels? All the discord groups I have even glimpsed at seem to be really low quality with no value regarding getting better at poker.

Luke Johnson Since you were wondering, you can show the betsizes in percentages by going Tools -> Configuration -> Data presentation - Betsizes -> in GTO Trainer. But in case your trainer window is too small for all the betsizes then it won't show the betsizes in %.

I was wondering if there's and rng that would change the number anytime I click the mouse (no matter where on the screen)? And no, starshelper is not an answer since I don't play there.

I think recs have AJo here and we block KQs with bdfd which might checkraise flop so gonna give my moneys happily if he's got it

@34 you defend A3o BB vs CO 2.5xbb open, is that standard against all people or just against this player since he wasn't playing with full stack? From what I recall from Pio solutions with rake A2o-A7o are folded against 2.5xbb 30% opening range which is pretty normal for CO to open.

Would love some series about single raised pots bvb playing as OOP. It has been for a long time the weakest part in my game.

"Sam Greenwood finds himself slowly losing his mind", this sounds like me always when I occasionally play MTT:s with cash games on the side and notice that in order to recoup the cash game losses I would have to finish top 1% :D

Flop subsets can be found on Piosolver's website

Jan. 6, 2019 | 9:43 a.m.

2:49 you 4b KK to 26bb BTN vs SB
17:20 you 4b AKo HJ vs CO to 20bb
How come you choose so huge 4b IP when you have positional advantage and want to make him also call some hands preflop but 20bb when OOP (yes there is difference in 3b sizes)?

I don't want to be harsh but to be honest the hand analysis took way too long but I loved your enthusiasm and am looking forward for your next videos.

I had pretty much the same train of thought as you did Solarius92. Against my less than ½ pot bet I would guess that he's also check call donkbetting hands like T9, JT that had backdoor flushdraws on the flop that are too weak to check call on the turn. I ended up calling pretty quickly and he shoved A5o.

I had no reads about this guy except he seemed to be a new somewhat solid reg who hadn't done anything crazy in this session. What would be your thoughts on his line? I thought it was a bit strange since he shouldn't expect me to valuebet too thinly on this river so he "shouldn't" be checkraising good hands on the river.

Are you going to play One Drop next year to avoid paying taxes from the millions you make from being a RIO coach?

Oct. 30, 2014 | 10:15 a.m.

I think we are folding way too much on the river if we fold QT because teunuss probably has (T9o?), JTo, QTo etc on the river. Nice debut video by the way teunuss

Imo many players tend to shy away from "thin" valuebets on the river in big pots @ Zoom so I wasn't too afraid of that.

Hand History | shipapotamus posted in NLHE: NL500 Zoom river decision
BN: $500
SB: $500
BB: $519.59
UTG: $605.76 (Hero)
HJ: $500
CO: $524.70
Preflop ($7.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 2
Hero raises to $12.50, HJ folds, CO folds, BN calls $12.50, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($32.50) 3 6 T (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $21.75, Hero raises to $75, BN calls $53.25
Not the best hand to checkraise but still chose to checkraise this hand and want to punish regs who bet too much against no cbet.
Turn ($182.50) 3 6 T 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $90, BN calls $90
Bet the turn half pot since I would be betting that amount with my value hands also and the river pot will be nicely sized after the turn.
River ($362.50) 3 6 T 3 6 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $322.50, and is all in, Hero calls $322.50
So the question is do you think my river check call is too thin? I didn't want to shove because I think he will call me almost always if he has something but will bluff about the same amount of hands as he would shove for value (5 combos of sets, 5 combos of bluff 78ss, 89ss, QJss, KQss, (KJss, 78dd?) I don't think he would shove Axss because they have some showdown value).
Final Pot
BN has K Q Hero has A 2 Hero wins $1004.70

Aug. 23, 2014 | 12:32 a.m.

I said you are not blocking :)

July 9, 2014 | 9 p.m.

22:50 on J86dds2s w/68 I would be prone to overbet the turn since you aren't blocking his Jx combos and you have plenty of draws in your range too.

It was time to move from the villa to Cosmopolitan. Nice views over the Bellagio's fountains.

Played again the $235 deepstack @ Rio. Finished 200/1000~. Last hand was QQ<AK preflop all in. Still no live tournament cashes after 7 years... After that I went to Bellagio. Utg opened for $15 and many called, including me w/T9o from bb. Flop Q85cc. Everyone checked. Turn 9. Utg bet weakly about $35 in to a $75 pot, everyone folded except I checkraised to $120~ (straight and 99 blockers omg), he seemed very unpleased about his hand (I gave him a range of TT, JJ, KQ, QJ, QT given the play and sizings). River 6. I thought he almost never has a good hand in that spot and shipped for the last $220 something he had and he found a call with JJ. My image was set and I made many overbets and "strange" plays that many live players aren't used to. Two regs quit the game and I played for 30min with 6 bad players who chose to quit because the table wasn't full. I wasn't interested in a new table and went back to hotel. Ended up as a winner from the day though.

Went all in against co's cbet from btn w/5s5c on 4s3s2c. BB snap called w/28ss, board ran 88 and that was it for me. After that I late registered to $235 daily deepstack tournament in Rio, table was full of fish and I ran pretty well the first 3 hours and then I got pretty much card dead, got the rest of my stack in on a JT8hhc w/KQcc and TT called in a hu pot, turn 9, river 8. Then I went to Southpoint casino and had a drunken 2/5 session and won about $300. Also met some RunItOnce member from Germany by accident. Both of us laughed at it because we thought that it would be the last casino in Vegas to find a fellow RIO member.

Today is my last try at the WSOP this year. Hopefully I'll get the monkey off my back and make my first live tournament cash (no I'm not gonna just try to make it to the mincash). Somewhat of a joke since I have played livetournaments pretty many during 7 years. GL me

AQ<QJ preflop all in and last 15bb I shipped over a raise with AJo and got called by KK and my tournament was over. Then I took a taxi from Venetian to Southpoint casino.

8 bad players and only one regular with me at the 2/5 game, older (weak) players were shocked at showdown when one guy raised min from utg, btn and me called from bb. Board came J75rxx and I donk bet flop and turn close to pot and river half pot. Both of them called and I flipped over my 75o and the look on their faces where priceless. I lost only a one big pot ($1400~) during the day when I got all in w/43hh on Tx6h5h against reg's QQ no h and the turn and river bricked. Won about $1500 in 4 hours and chose to get back to villa for a few beers in pool. 4/4 days I have played have ended up green :)

Not sure yet where I'm going to go play tomorrow but maybe the morning beers will tell me.

Couple days ago was the best 2/5 live table I had ever played in Venetian. People got 200bb stacks in, in a 6 way limped pot with bare flushdraws but I still managed to lose about $800 mainly because I lost 45 vs AA on a 954ss board where we got all of our chips in the middle, turn A obv. After that I came back to villa and guys had a drunken 50/50 cent homegame going. So I had to drink 3 hours to get in the game. We played about 8 hours and I won $1000 :D 2000bb's...

Wednesday was the first day I didn't take a single drink and just stayed at the villa watching movies etc. Got a good 11h of sleep. Max I had slept was about 4h/night before that.

Today was the first day I played @ Bellagio. 2/5 game was pretty juicy. Only two regulars who knew something about the game but were somewhat nitty except in one hand where I stacked the other one and sent him home. Utg opened for 20, and 4 people called, me on the button with ATcc. Flop T75cc UTG cbet 50 and co and me called and sb reg check raised to 250~, everyone folded expect I called. Turn A, he shipped about 600 and I called, wasn't too happy since I hand't seen him make any big plays. River 7 and he turned Q9cc. Guess he wasn't so nit after all.

Out from 1,5k event 2 pair vs set. Managed to win 1,6k at nl500 in Aria so day ended up well. Also saw Dan Bilzerian :D nl2k would have been juicy but I don't have too much money with me so I didn't join, a drunk old man bought in for 50k and there where straddles up to $320
