Thanks for the response, definitely agree preflop is debatable. On that specific turn I felt like two streets of value was optimistic (and checking back pot controls for when i am beat, that wasn't a priority though, also agree I'm never getting bluff raised here), but if I'm going for one street, river felt better. Obv if is a disaster if they hit heir two outer, but if I bet for value it has to be on the assumption that they call a decent % of the time with those hands anyway.
Or maybe it's reasonable to bet for mostly protection/ sometimes value given I'm not getting bluffed?
