Post | cece posted in NLHE: flatting range in 50nl

recently i find that i am having a difficult time deciding what to do with hands like kjo on the co vs a utg reg open. what should be a general flatting range for co vs ep open, or btn vs ep open, in both scenario players  left to act are tight or passive

as some of you know that I'm currently new to the online poker community. everyday after my sessions I put in alot of time to do sessions review, I go over a ton of hands that I marked during my session. I have a mac computer, so I am using PT4 as my hud. as my grinding hours get longer I ran into a BIG PROBLEM today!!! I finished my session past 12am, took a shower and wanted to sit down to go through my HH, only to find out that THEY ARE ALL GONE!!! I am only able to view HH that I played today, well because its past 12 so all my hh is gone. I tried to imported from my PS HH files on my laptop, NO LUCK. I then tried to e-mail the hh and imported, ALSO NO LUCK. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!! THANK YOU!

Post | cece posted in NLHE: coaching

I recently decided to take a year off from live poker and grind online mainly to improve my game. In order to improve faster and get over the learning curve easier, I found myself a coach. Im posting this to ask fellow poker players who has experiences with coaching deals. What is the best deal for me to offer my coach? Should I pay him an hourly, how much per hr. or should I just give him a % of my profit. Or should I offer a stake/coach deal? If so how should this deal work???

*** MOD: Moved to Low Stakes [2013-11-26 17:05 CET] ***

Hi everyone, I'm very new to the online poker. I've been playing live poker full time for the past 2 years. I usually play anything from 2-5 to 15/30 live. After recent huge downswing, I made a career changing decision. I want to take a year off grinding live and get into online. Doing this I hope to improve my skill, especially my fundamentals. I am also hoping to pick up some good habits such as br management and such through this experience. At last, although I know this probably a terrible timing to get into online, but I want to see if I can make it in the online world. I have the passion, the drive. Now all I need is some help from the fellow grinders. Any tips and advices would be appreciated. I am currently playing 50nl 6max, and planning to do so for at lease the next couple months. Please fell free to leave any helpful advises. and if you are a person who doesn't mind helping out you can also add me on skype. Thank you all.

btw I have one problem right now... how do I look at hands I played from past sessions on poker tracker 4? I am only able to see hands played today.

Nov. 26, 2013 | 3:27 p.m.

how do i find those stats when im in the hand? is there a quick way to look at that on poker tracker 4?

Nov. 26, 2013 | 3:17 p.m.

i think against regs who has hero tenancies but likes to pot control for showdown value you could defiantly consider bet bet bet line. especially against regs who never folds to donk bet. than again this might be a bit ambitious. sorry im live player who just started playing online, so i might have some unconventional lines i like to take. I would love to hear some of your feed bad if that is a bad line to take online?

Nov. 25, 2013 | 5:57 p.m.

i dont really think thats ever a good spot to bluff in smaller stakes, just dont feel like ppl usually have a fold btn. And if i find this player is weak or bluffable i wouldn't need to use a big sizing either

Post | cece posted in NLHE: Ak in 6max

if you are delt ak in a 6max game should you always get it in vs a reg (not known to be too tight) when its 100bb effetive?

ie: utg opens, 1 call, you 3b bb with ak off and utg 4b
